Refund Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers can apply for a refund within seven days of receiving the product. Returned goods must be unopened and used, or be damaged or malfunctioned by non-human defects, and must retain the complete original packaging (including outer packaging carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
- Transfer payment
After completing the return procedure and confirming that the product has been recovered correctly, the refund procedure will be arranged for 7-14 working days to be remitted into your account. Please fill in the refund account information "bank, branch, account name, account number" and we will remit the money to your account. Bank account provided.
- credit card payment
Complete the return procedure, confirm that the product has been recovered correctly, and arrange a refund. The credit card refund will be directly refunded to the original credit card, which takes about 7-14 working days. According to the working days of each card-issuing bank, the amount of the refund is not certain. It will be shown on the current bill. If it exceeds the credit card bill settlement date, the chargeback amount will appear on the next bill.
Please note:
- If the order contains gifts, they must also be returned together.
- Returned items must have their packaging cartons restored to their original condition and properly packaged. If the original carton is lost, please use other cartons to wrap the original packaging of the product. If the product has been damaged or used, it cannot be returned or a refund will be required minus the damage fee.
- Electronic invoices, event gifts, full-price gifts, accessories, etc. must be sent back together with the goods. Please confirm that the product is correct before using it, otherwise your return rights will be affected.
- Those who meet the above conditions must attach a complete video as proof. Please be sure to contact Viimun customer service immediately within the 7-day appreciation period.
- Placing an order means that you agree to and abide by the store regulations and return and exchange instructions.
- If the appreciation period exceeds seven days (including holidays), the product acceptance will be deemed to be completed, and no returns or exchanges will be processed.
- When returning a product, if the contents (product body, accessories, gifts, accompanying documents or information) are damaged, lost or incomplete, returns or exchanges will not be processed.
- Product damage caused by human negligence or dissatisfaction with the product due to personal preferences.
- Products with obvious signs of use, wear, dirt, or a smell that is not the product itself, and cannot be cleaned or restored to their original condition will not be accepted for return.
- Malicious or mass returns.
- If you apply for a return or refund due to personal factors, if you order the same product next time, you will not be able to request another return or refund.
