It takes 2-3 days for home delivery and 3-5 days for supermarket delivery. In case of special shopping festivals, special consecutive holidays or natural disasters, the arrival date will be subject to the logistics company's processing progress.
- On the premise of protecting the rights and interests of both parties, we recommend that you read the following matters carefully before unpacking the product packaging.
- Please note and confirm that the product you purchased comes from the Viimun official website before you have the right to return or exchange during the appreciation period. If the official determines that your transaction behavior is abnormal and leads to transaction disputes, Viimun has the right to terminate your account and refuse you to use the services of this website.
- Before unboxing, to ensure the integrity of the product, it is recommended that you record a video of the unboxing process. Please note the following recording guidelines: the entire recording cannot be interrupted, post-edited, blurred, or played back quickly. Please be sure to save the complete video file to ensure that the product is not defective, missing or incorrectly shipped.
- During the video recording process, please make sure to completely capture the following contents: the unopened state of the product, the unpacking process, the product itself, the shipping note or the product details.
- If you have any concerns about the product, please provide the physical delivery note and complete video file as proof within 3 days after receiving the product. If the product is not provided within the time limit, the return or exchange application will not be accepted.
- The processing time for returning or exchanging goods is during the 7-day appreciation period, and all returns and exchanges can be accepted by those who meet the return and exchange qualifications.
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure that the item is intact and return the package to its original condition when received. Do not miss any accessories and keep the packaging intact (including the product body, accessories, gifts, accompanying documents, information, and packaging materials). Please return it together with the relevant delivery documents and make sure there are no human damages or signs of use.
- If the goods ordered do not match the goods actually received.
- If the product specifications are inconsistent with the outer packaging instructions.
- If the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
- When returning or exchanging goods, please keep the complete packaging (the product shrink film cannot be opened) and return the entire amount. Returns of partial goods are not allowed.
Please note:
- If the order contains gifts, they must also be returned together.
- Returned items must have their packaging cartons restored to their original condition and properly packaged. If the original carton is lost, please use other cartons to wrap the original packaging of the product. If the product has been damaged or used, it cannot be returned or a refund will be required minus the damage fee.
- Electronic invoices, event gifts, full-price gifts, accessories, etc. must be sent back together with the goods. Please confirm that the product is correct before using it, otherwise your return rights will be affected.
- Those who meet the above conditions must attach a complete video as proof. Please be sure to contact Viimun customer service immediately within the 7-day appreciation period.
- Placing an order means that you agree to and abide by the store regulations and return and exchange instructions.
- If the appreciation period exceeds seven days (including holidays), the product acceptance will be deemed to be completed, and no returns or exchanges will be processed.
- When returning a product, if the contents (product body, accessories, gifts, accompanying documents or information) are damaged, lost or incomplete, returns or exchanges will not be processed.
- Product damage caused by human negligence or dissatisfaction with the product due to personal preferences.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has obvious signs of use, wear, dirt, or a smell that is not the product itself, and cannot be cleaned or restored to its original condition.
- Malicious or mass returns.
- If you apply for a return or refund due to personal factors, if you order the same product next time, you will not be able to request another return or refund.
According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to a 7-day hesitation period from the time the product arrives in your hands. The seven-day waiting period includes holidays and starts on the day you pick up the goods or deliver them to your home.
- Within seven days after picking up the goods, submit a return or exchange application to Viimun customer service.
- Please make sure that the outer packaging of the product is complete and unopened.
- Use Viimun shipping cartons to completely wrap the goods, accessories, gifts, accompanying documents, etc. and send them back.
- After the product is returned and confirmed by the official, it can be exchanged or refunded.
- If there is no problem with the product but you require official assistance for confirmation or testing, you need to bear the freight.
- If the product you ordered is "wrong delivered, out of stock, defective", etc., the shipping cost will be borne by Viimun
Once the goods are returned and confirmed by the official, the goods to be exchanged will be sent out within three days.
